Palladian Cabernet Sauvignon

Fraser Gallop Estate Palladian Cabernet Sauvignon is picked from the best rows of its single vineyard site. It lies at the highest point of Wilyabrup in Margaret River, just six kilometres from the coast.

The grapes are chilled and destemmed into 100 per cent new French oak puncheons. They ferment with rolling and hand plunging for cap management. The wine matures in the same barrels for 20 months.

The wine is made entirely in barrel without stainless steel contact at any point. This makes for seamless integration of fruit and oak. Only three barrels are produced in a typical vintage.

Red purple, Fraser Gallop Estate Palladian Cabernet Sauvignon has intense dark berry flavours and seductive texture. Its oak integration finishes long and faultless. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
